Northeast Protective Coating Committee (NEPCOAT) is an affiliation of northeast
states, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York,
Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Vermont for the purpose of developing acceptance/testing
criteria of protective coating for use on highway bridge steel. For those visitors
